Fixed Image Layout

When an image is configured as a fixed image, it fills the viewport as if it had a center-large layout. The difference is that the photo doesn't move with the text-- as the reader scrolls through the story, text flows past and reveals the immobile image behind the text, leaving one viewport where the image is wholly unobstructed and fills the window. As the reader keeps scrolling, text resumes, rolling up to hide the image again.

Going... going... gone.

Notes

A fixed image loads two viewports before it is set to enter the window. This format only works when the window is wider than 1024 px. On smaller screens, it behaves like an image with a center-large layout. It uses all other photo configuration variables, although on large screens, a fixed image will never show a zoom modal.
